Message From Mr Peter Walter...........

As you read this, I don't want you to feel sorry for

me, because, I believe everyone will die someday.
My name is Peter Walter, a merchant in Dubai, in the U.A.E.I have been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer which was discovered very late, due to my laxity in carrying for my health. It has defiled all forms of medicine, and right now I have only about a few months to live, according to medical experts. I have not particularly lived my life so well, as I never really cared for anyone not even myself but my business. Though I am very rich, I was never generous, I was always hostile to people and only focus on my business as that was the only thing I cared for. But now I regret all this as I now know that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the money in the world. I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to this world I would live my life a different way from how I have lived it. Now that God ! has called me, I have willed and given most of my properties and assets to my immediate and extended family
members and as well as a few close friends. I! want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul and so, I have decided to give arms to charity organizations and give succour and confort to the less priviledged in our societies, as I want this to be one of the last good deeds I do on earth. So
far, I have distributed money to some charity organizations in the U.A.E, Algeria and Malaysia. Now that my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this my self anymore. I once asked members of my family to close one of my accounts and distribute the money which I have there to charity organization and to the less priviledged in Bulgaria and Pakistan, they refused and kept the money to themselves. Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be contended with what I have left for them. The last of my money which no one knows of is the huge cash deposit of fourteen million dollars($14m) that I have with a Security Company in Europe for safe keeping. I will want you to help me collect this deposit and
disburse it to some charity organizations and to the less priviledged.

N/B:Kindly note that 40% of this funds must go to victims of Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina , Hurricane Wilma and South Asia Earthquake ,35% to other Charity Organizations around the World and 25% for your effort and time. I cannot talk with you on the phone due to my health situation, as I am using my Lap Top Computer to communicate with you. You should respond to this e-mail if you are interested in carrying out this assignment on my behalf.

Please send me a mai l to indicate if you will assist me in this disbursement.
I await to hear from you, may God be with you and your entire family.

May God Bless You,

Peter Walter.

A wonderful Note on believing in one's own capability

A 10-year-old boy decided to learn Judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a terrible car accident. The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn't understand why, after three months of training, the master had taught him only one move.

"Sensei," the boy finally said, "Shouldn't I be learning more moves?"

"This is the only move you know, but this is the only move you'll ever need to know," the sensei replied.

Not quite understanding, but believing in his teacher, the boy kept training.

Several months later, the sensei took the boy to his first tournament. Surprising himself, the boy easily won his first two matches. The third match proved to be more difficult, but after some time, his opponent became impatient and charged; the boy deftly used his one move to win the match. Still amazed by his success, the boy was now in the finals.

This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced. For a while, the boy appeared to be completely outclassed.

Concerned that the boy might get hurt, the referee called a time-out. He was about to stop the match when the sensei intervened.

"No," the sensei insisted, "Let him continue." Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a critical mistake: he dropped his guard. Instantly, the boy used his move to pin him. The boy had won the match and the tournament.

On the way home, the boy and sensei reviewed every move in each and every match. Then the boy summoned the courage to ask what was really on his mind. "Sensei, how did I win the tournament with only one move?"

"You won for two reasons," the sensei answered. "First, you've almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in all of judo.

"And second, the only known defense for that move is for your opponent to grab your left arm."

The boy's biggest weakness had become his biggest strength.

Sometimes we feel that we have certain weaknesses and we blame others, the circumstances and our self for it, but we never think that our weakness can become our strength one day. Each of us is special, so never think you have any weakness, never think of pride or pain, just live your life to its fullest and extract the best out of it.

"You have powers you never dreamed of. You can do things you never thought you could do. There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind."

Now on let us sing in unison,"......"There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind."

the money is floating and if I do not remit this money out urgently it will be
forfeited for nothing.

The owner of this account is Mr. Allan P.Seaman, a foreigner, and an
industrialist, and he died, since 1996. and no other person knows about
this account or any thing concerning it, the account has no other
beneficiary and my investigation proved to me as well that Allan P. Seaman until his death was the manager Diamond Safari Ghana.

We will start the first transfer with twenty six

abroad before the rest, but I don?t know any foreigner, I am only contacting
you as a foreigner because this money can not be approved to a local person
here, without valid international foreign passport, but can only be approved
to any foreigner with valid international passport or drivers license and
foreign a/c because the money is in US dollars and the former owner of the a/c Mr.Allan P.Seaman is a foreigner too,and the money can only be approved into a
foreign a/c.

However, we will sign abinding agreement, to bind us together.I am
revealing this to you with believe in God that you will never let me down in this business. Send also your private telephone and fax number including the full details of the account to be used for the deposit.

I want us to meet face to face to build confidence and to sign a
binding agreement that will bind us together before transferring the money to
any account of your choice where the fund will be safe. Before we fly to
your country for withdrawal, sharing and investments.I need your full
co-operation to make this work fine, Because the management is ready to approve this payment to any foreigner who has correct information of this account, which I will give to you, upon your positive response and once I am convinced that you are capable and will meet up with instruction of a key bank official who is deeply involved with me in this business.

I need your strong assurance that you will never, never let me down. With
my influence and the position of the bank official we can transfer this
money to any foreigner?s reliable account which you can provide with assurancethat this money will be intact pending our physical arrival in your country for sharing.

A Modern Parable---The Ford downfall

A Japanese company ( Toyota ) and an American company (General Motors) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River   Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance before the race.

On the big day, the Japanese won by a mile.

The Americans, very discouraged and depressed, decided to investigate the reason for the crushing defeat.  A management team made up of senior management was formed to investigate and recommend appropriate action.

Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, while the American team had 8 people steering and 1 person rowing.

Feeling a deeper study was in order, American management hired a consulting company and paid them a large amount of money for a second opinion.

They advised, of course, that too many people were steering the boat, while not enough people were rowing.

Not sure of how to utilize that information, but wanting to prevent another loss to the Japanese, the rowing team's management structure was totally reorganized to 4 steering supervisors, 3 area steering superintendents and 1 assistant superintendent steering manager.

They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 1 person rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder.  It was called the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners and free pens for the rower.  There was discussion of getting new paddles, canoes and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and bonuses.

The next year the Japanese won by two miles.

Humiliated, the American management laid off the rower for poor performance, halted development of a new canoe, sold the paddles, and canceled all capital investments for new equipment.  The money saved was distributed to the Senior Executives as bonuses and the next year's racing team was out-sourced to India

Sadly, The End.

Now for some facts & figures is of interest

Ford has spent the last thirty years moving all its factories out of the US , claiming they can't make money paying American wages.

TOYOTA
has spent the last thirty years building more than a dozen plants inside the US.  The last quarter's results:

TOYOTA makes 4 billion in profits while Ford racked up 9 billion in losses.

Ford folks are still scratching their heads.

IF THIS WEREN'T SO TRUE IT MIGHT BE FUNNY
